r\u00e9seau d\u2019assainissement de la ville de Rosso, la lutte contre la prolif\u00e9ration des moustiques et d\u2019autres projets qui sont au point de r\u00e9alisations (des routes goudronn\u00e9es, l&#8217;adduction en eau potable certaines localit\u00e9s, le syst\u00e8me d\u2019enfouissement moderne des d\u00e9chets solides .<br \/>\nEt sur le plan de l&#8217;emploi de la
